Infringe third-party intellectual property rights when using or accessing the Service, including but not limited to making virtual items available through the Service.
Promote, link to, or provide access to content deemed by xskins.gg to be offensive or harmful to its reputation, including but not limited to illegal content, pornographic content, and content deemed offensive or injurious to xskins.gg and/or the Service (such as Warez sites, IRC bots, and torrent sites).
All items are automatically delivered to your Steam inventory, withdrawn items cannot be sold or trade for real money according to Steam ToS

In the event of discrepancies between the actual and intended drops, you must not use such cases until you receive notification that the discrepancies have been resolved. You also agree to notify us immediately upon discovering such discrepancies via support. Continuing to use the Services after discovering such discrepancies without notification will be considered an abuse of the Service contrary to its intended use.

Skin & crypto withdrawal will be available after you deposit.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms.

We will terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for accounts impersonating our staff members (e.g., "administrator," "moderator").

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by discontinuing your use of the Service.

All provisions of these Terms, which by their nature should survive termination, shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Using multiple accounts for any purpose on the Service is strictly forbidden and may result in the termination of all accounts without notice.

We may temporarily restrict access to the Service for users who have used multiple bank cards to deposit funds for a quick security check through our Support team.

Using inappropriate language or behaving disrespectfully or rudely in a conversation with a support agent is prohibited and may result in termination without notice.

We are in NO WAY affiliated with or endorsed by Valve Corporation, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive,Counter-Strike, Steam,Counter-Strike 2, or any other trademarks of Valve Corporation.

XSkins Account

By topping up an amount to your xskins.gg account, you acknowledge that the credits received (denoted by the gem sign) are limited-use internal website credits to be spent exclusively on products and services available on the website. These credits are not equivalent to real money and are not eligible for refunds.

From time to time, we may introduce different events or additional services on our site with specific credits for limited use in such events or services. These credits may be provided as rewards for your activities on our site and may be in various forms (currency, specific skins, or characters) at our discretion. They shall not be considered xskins.gg Wallet credits. We reserve the right to delete such credits and/or limit their use without any compensation.

Skins that have been automatically sold after not being withdrawn within 30 days are not eligible for refunds.

Beware of websites that appear to be owned or controlled by xskins.gg—we have no affiliate sites.

Anyone pretending to be an "administrator," "moderator," or "trade bot" of xskins.gg is a scammer—we will never send you screenshots of our control panel or add you on Steam for trading purposes.

Additional Terms and Conditions; EULAs

Referral Codes

The unauthorized use of proprietary referral codes issued specifically to individuals (e.g., content creators, bloggers, media stars, professional esports players, "Proprietary Referrals"), as well as any referral codes designed to resemble Proprietary Referrals and mislead the audience or contain domain names of CS:GO/CS2 websites ("Misleading Referrals"), is prohibited. Infringers will not be allowed to benefit from or use any bonuses accruing from the use of such Proprietary Referrals.

We may use payment emails to notify customers of news and discounts.

You are responsible for any fees, taxes, or other costs associated with the purchase and delivery of your items resulting from charges imposed by your payment service providers or duties and taxes imposed by your local customs officials or other regulatory body.

The Daily Free Bonus is strictly limited to one per user and is intended for recreational purposes only. Accordingly, any activity that unfairly exploits or manipulates the Daily Free Bonus is strictly forbidden.

If a user violates any of the above conditions or is found exploiting the Daily Free Bonus, XSkins may, at its discretion: (i) limit the user's eligibility to participate in the Daily Free Bonus or use the Service; (ii) amend the terms of the Daily Free Bonus; (iii) cancel and forfeit the user's Daily Free Bonus or other benefits; and/or (iv) suspend or terminate the user's account.
