  3. Please don’t beg for gems.
  4. Affiliate codes and external promotions are not allowed in chat.
  5. Do not advertise other websites or services.
  6. Technical issues should be handled through our support page.
  7. Do not ask about ticket updates in chat. Our team replies within 48 hours.
  8. False reports or misleading claims in support tickets may lead to penalties.
  9. Respect our staff and other players. Offensive behavior may result in a mute or suspension.

I opened a case and get skin, how do i get my item?

All items on XSkins.gg are virtual. Our platform uses a balance system instead of an on-site inventory, so any item you win is converted directly into balance or going to your XSkins inventory.

Gems are the in-platform currency used for interactive case openings, upgrades, and trading — they hold no direct real-world value.

Can I send Gems to other players?

To send Gems, you must be at least Level 1. Simply click a player’s username in chat and use the gift icon to transfer Gems securely.

How can I get free Gems?

Make sure your account is verified. To access free features, you need to be Steam Level 5 or KYC verified.
